Please join us at Formosa Garden Village on Thursday 19th November when we are delighted to welcome Morkel Pienaar, Chairman, and Kei Heyns, Conservation Manager, of The Robberg Coastal Corridor Protected Environment.
The Robberg Coastal Corridor Protected Environment was officially founded in 2015 and connects Robberg Nature reserve to Harkerville Forest and from there to the greater Eden to Addo Corridor system.
They will give us a brief history of the RCCPE itself and its role in the local landscape and community.
They will also look at the evidence of our shared ancient history that can be found in the numerous caves, over-hangs and rocky shoreline of the Corridor.
Besides its vital conservation role and breath taking landscapes, it also contains geological and archaeological treasures, harking back to our shared ancient history and the cradle of human culture.
